Certified SAP Translation Partner

SAP-Partner SAP works directly with selected translation partners in all of the countries in which they are represented. Suppliers with many years of experience and consistently good service are audited and certified by SAP according to a procedure that is based on the ISO 9000 standard.

This certification always applies for a specific language pairing and not for the company as a whole.

Here at Eule, we are proud to be certified by SAP for the language pairing of English and German.

SAP Certification Of course, this does not mean that we are masters only in this language pairing (we have also previously delivered other language pairings to SAP). With this certification, SAP attests that we meet, or exceed, the demands from SAP for the German-English language pairing.

EN 15038:2006

Elaborate processes are good; but documented, elaborate processes are much better.

After extensive considerations, we decided to tweak our processes and procedures and document them completely in order to meet the quality requirements of EN 15038, the European translation quality standard.

Our preparation for the two certifications described here resulted in essential improvements of our workflows and hence of the quality we deliver to our clients.

We intend to use this as the basis for continuous improvement.
